Mega thinks I'm a hick...

Mega rolled through G-TOWN!!! So I called her to come visit the homestead and get some Zza! I used to live in Gaylord... now I live 30 minutes away in a place called Johannasburg... aka I live in the middle of the woods.
This is papa John duct taping in a piece of plexy glass to replace the window I shattered the day before... backed into a light post... oops... maybe someday I will get a real window again.
Sunny Day!!! nothing like the past week in Marquette.
You need shoes if you want to ride monster trucks... my old vollyball tennies will do.
Mega tried to paddle fast into the shore of the pond so she wouldn't have to pull the kayak up... didn't work well.
This little guy lives under the dock with some friends.
Monster truuuucks.
Intimidating... you can ride over logs on this thing.

Overall I think it was an eye opening experience for Mega... people really can live in the woods and still be fun.



Must be hatching season? Lots of baby frogs and tadders.
